Coaching for women
I help women after betrayal, divorce, or unhealthy relationships understand why the same patterns keep showing up, and practice new ways to respond.
A quick, no-pressure chat to see if coaching is right for you.
Sound familiar?
You don’t need to have it figured out before we talk. Working that out is part of the process.
The 12-week program
Over 12 weeks of 1:1 coaching, we work through six areas using Integrated Attachment Theory. Each one builds on the last, so you leave with tools you can keep using.
Spot the stories you tell yourself and start replacing the ones that hold you back.
Get clear on what you need and practice asking for it.
Understand what happens when you’re triggered and how to work through it.
Set boundaries that stick, even when saying no feels hard.
Say what you mean in hard conversations, without the old script.
Notice old reactions and choose differently, in love and in life.
About Carla
After ten years of marriage, I went through betrayal and divorce while raising three kids. Therapy, books, and podcasts helped me understand what happened. But I kept repeating the same patterns.
Integrated Attachment Theory gave me practical tools to change them. Now, as a Certified IAT Coach, I help women do the same.
